I am unable to stay logged in to the admin panel.

Q. I am unable to log into the admin panel and my secure server has a different domain name than my licensed domain name. What am I doing wrong?

A. Nothing. There are limitations to how you can set cookies. The shopping cart is designed to only work with the licensed domain name. Because of this, it is trying to set a cookie using the licensed domain. This is in violation with the browser's security since it would be dangerous to allow one domain to read or write a cookie on another domain. To solve this, we allow you to shut the cookie feature of the admin panel off. Add the following to the bzbmainconfig.cgi file.

$NO_ADMIN_COOKIES = 1;

After adding this, you should be able to log in and stay logged into the admin panel.
